Curtis began his career as a commercial litigator with a sophisticated litigation firm and has managed litigation for the last 25 years. He has extensive experience managing big and small litigation, from minor customer escalations to $50M+ lawsuits. With experience gained from countless depositions, dozens of mediations, mock jury exercises, and high stakes settlement negotiations, Curtis is available to assist with your litigation evaluation needs. Curtis is also very effective at pre-litigation “lawyer letters” (claim letters, enforcement letters, cease & desist letters, etc.) because the best way to resolve litigation is to avoid it in the first place.
